1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JSRdigi Calling's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website Development
• Digital Marketing
• Graphics Design
• Shopify Store Development
• Software as a Service (SaaS) Solutions

3. Project Terms

• Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project
• Changes to project scope may affect timelines and costs
• Final deliverables are subject to client approval
• Multiple revision rounds as per agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

• Initial deposit is required to commence work
• Milestone payments as per project agreement
• Final payment must be completed before project handover
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment, except:

• Third-party elements (licenses, plugins, etc.)
• Our proprietary tools and methodologies
• Previous works and portfolios

6. Limitation of Liability

JSRdigi Calling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in the project contract.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
