1. Project Cancellation
- Before project initiation: Full refund minus administrative fees
- During initial planning phase: 70% refund
- During development phase: Refund based on work completed
- After 75% project completion: No refund available
2. Refund Process
- Written cancellation request is required
- Review of project status and deliverables
- Calculation of refundable amount
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party licenses and subscriptions
- Domain registration fees
- Server setup and hosting charges
- Completed and delivered work
4. Service Cancellation
- 30-day notice required for service cancellation
- Pro-rated refund for unused service period
- Cancellation fees may apply as per contract terms
5. Dispute Resolution
- Submit detailed complaint in writing
- Review period: 5–7 business days
- Resolution based on project documentation
- Third-party mediation if necessary
6. Special Circumstances
- Technical inability to deliver services
- Unforeseen business circumstances
- Force majeure events
